Escape the Default.

Live by Direction.

Spiritual Direction is the ancient practice of discovering and discerning the movement of God in your life. It is a process that involves no less than 3 individuals: A spiritual director, you, and The Presence of God.

Why Spiritual Direction?

Our lives are complex, messy, and nuanced. Discerning a clear direction to go is impossible in isolation. Spiritual Direction offers a safe, open, and meditative space to explore your life and discover the places God is at work (hint: it’s probably where you least expect it). It is a place to see deeply and to be deeply seen.

What Spiritual Direction is not:

Spiritual direction is not therapy, coaching, or mentorship. It is a process of coming into greater union with God through the help of another.

“To "listen" another's soul into a condition of disclosure and discovery may be almost the greatest service that any human being ever performs for another.”

- Douglas Steere
